PMO Specialist

Job Description

• Planning and execution program, main project and MVPs (including processes, dependencies, risks, issues, critical path) in Clarity
• Status reporting, project progress control and evaluations of the progress of the results
• QS and Acceptance Management, Open Points and Risk Management
• Requirements and Change Request Management, Budget Controlling
• Internal communication (including meeting structure)
• Decision and escalation processes
• Setup and selective support task forces
• Preparation / Creation Steering Committee and Board documents

Skills Required:

• German and English in spoken and written.
• Professional requirements: project experience in the insurance field, very good experience in project management in large projects and in the preparation of board documents; Technical
• Requirements: Very good knowledge of MS Office and Clarity.
